08-01-2022,Hi Emily First, l am NOT the owner of the Busuttil Estate, l used to be until the 24 -Dec- 1978 when l legally and noteiry trassferd it unto my little brother, that salt work is on Busuttil Estate.Salted quail eggs and picked food with fresh sea salt is unmatchable.
