Preparation of
First of all, let's chop the red peppers that we have removed.
On the other hand, let's chop 2 onions into julienne shapes.
Let's heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a suitable pan.
Let's start sautéing by adding the chopped peppers and onions to the heated oil.
Let's add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup to our vegetables that have started to turn color and lose their vitality.
Let's sauté it for 1-2 more minutes and then remove it from the stove.
After defrosting the frozen mackerel fillets, put them in a pan with oil.
Let's fry it by turning it both ways.
Let's take our fish out of the pan after it is well fried.
Let's mix half a teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of sumac, 1 teaspoon of chili pepper and finally 1 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
To make the wrap, first place the fried fish on the lavash bread and cut it into several pieces with a fork. At this stage, you should pay attention to whether there are any bones left in the fish.
After sprinkling generously with the spice mixture we prepared, let's place the chopped lettuce and arugula leaves.
Finally, after adding the sautéed peppers and onions, let's wrap our wrap tightly.
