He's basically saying everyone seems to miss the older, meaner him but forget that he always gets in serious trouble back then hence, the metaphor "felonies". "But that went over your head because you just fell on knees" Is a wild linking because he's saying that "but even if I get in serious trouble, you just let it go through your heads just because you like the past me more than the recent me." In simplest terms, people don't give a fck if he struggled as long as he makes music they liked and let his struggles go through their heads. BUT! That's an awesome opportunity to kick the double entendre in there of "fell on knees" to "felonies" because when you fall on your knees, things that are supposed to go through your head are going to miss. Again, if you didn't understand, all of his struggles went through your heads because you fell on your knees and metaphorically dodged it this way. BUT! ANOTHER golden opportunity awaits as he ties it up one last time saying in the next line: "You just literally kneeled to me" which is just masterful. When you fell on your knees, you kneel down. But remember that Em is referring to himself as king in this vid. So you kneeled to him and that's a behavior of a servant respecting the kings.
