Never expected this to get so much attention! That video helped this channel to start getting bigger, as it was the 1st one that passed 1 million views! Thank you all SO much! Two clarifications, based on the comments: 1) A mashup is not made to be compared as better or worse that the original sources, but to be considered as something different, or new / different kind of "new". Noone is ruining anything in mixing, as long as the originals are still available to the world, right 😉 2) Eminem's rap could have been included here, but it didn't fit (lyric-wise / mood-wise). You're commenting on why his name is in the title since he's not rapping anywhere here. He is of course included in the title because the entire instrumental (and not just "a beat" ) is his song. Plus, he is a co-writer and co-producer of "Love the way you lie", not just the singer. Again, THANK YOU ALL BIG BIG TIME!!! Peace! ✌️

When my Depression is at is worse this is my go to song. Grew up hearing simone and garfunkel singing it but this guy put so much emotions into it. Im 59 and this song helps me find the light in the darkness. For those out there like me my prayers and thoughts are with you.

I first heard Disturbed's Simon And Garfunkel's cover of The Sound Of Silence when they performed on Conan's show. My Dad found it online, I got him into Disturbed and he loves them now. But this mash-up, damn this just stepped this up. Eminem is my favorite rapper and Disturbed one of my favorite rock groups so this was a mash-up of perfection. Could only be better if Eminem and Disturbed actually performed this song together. 😮😊

So glad I heard this version of one of my all-time fav songs! Haunting, spot-on cover that takes you to an entirely different place than the original. Disturbed is now one of my favorite bands because of this cover. Have to admit I heard it on Blacklist....but I am blown away and grateful!
