I started making paper models long before discovering your channel. My first few were not so good but with time my models started looking realistic. I am currently working on my 10th model (west jet 737) and your videos have inspired me to continue this work. This model will feature lights similar to your 777, but on much smaller level (only nav, strobe, beacon). Wish me luck! Thank you for this content!
Aiden Warrington I dont know if it will be posible with paper. Actually people who make RC planes use Depron Foam. And the other problems is that i dont have the equipment to build them. Otherwise i would have at least 1
AH HA! I thought you got your models from Canon! I knew I recognized some of them! But just so we’re clear they’re still gorgeous models and I love what you do with them.
Amazing job! However as a pilot, I have to correct you on one thing. The navigation lights (you used red and blue) are actually red and GREEN (I can't remember the orientation though) Still an amazing build!
You are right, but I noticed that the 777 uses a blue light in the right wing, even the original papercraft model has a blue dot in the right wing tip. flyinginireland.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Emirates-Boeing-777-300ER-at-night-620x350.jpg look at this picture
***** Blue is ok, I saw many pictures and the light was blue, I also saw the templates of the model and the light was blue. I am an aircraft technician and I know that the right light is green, but is not the same in every airplane
Ennio La Bella You can, but is too thick. You can try with this paper, if you dont have any problem you can keep using it, otherwise use a softer paper from 120 grams to 180
very WOW. I have to say your paper model making skills are fantastic. I can appreciate how difficult it would be to insert electronics into such a model. good job.
+Waldek Mochalsk Thanks you so much! I love to make paper models and I have made too many. This is a unique project for my collection, no other model has lights, it is cool but it was difficult to add.
Obviously this is really great work, however I should point out that the navigation lights(aka the lights on the end of the wings) should be red and green not red and blue. This is just a nitpick though, good job!
gracias!
Pawan Hinata I don't but, if you want me to sell you one model, we can talk about it. This one from Emirates is not for sale, but I can make it again without the led lights
Hi, you can get the 777 model from this Site (cp.c-ij.com/es/contents/2027/air-india/index.html) however, it's not the same livery; I modified the Air India livery into Emirates, and I got a diagram for the Led circuit. If you want the Emirates version I can send you to you e-mail.
yes you're right, it was my first circuit, I didn't know anything, so I used the first cable that I saw, in fact the wingtips got too thick because of that
Thanks. And it doesn't really matters, the material is paper, so I can't spect to get a result like the real airplane, you can also note the internal glue tabs, specially those from the tail cone
+Gino Punsalan You used a bad paper perhaps, you should try different types of paper, and after some tries you can choose what type of paper you prefer to use. I spray a Lacquer Spray, but I cover the pieces with white glue to seal the porosity of paper, so the spray can work correctly
wOW, i love your work :) love the details and the anti collision led lights that you've install. Try to produce more and sell it to the market i promise you will make a lot of money of these... 2 thumbs up!
how do you turn on the lights when it is completed i saw a hatch on the left side that opened anyway i love it its so cool please do more because i have not seen anymore latley
Friend, can you please make a video explaining how to assemble the circuit, I have the materials but I don't understand many electronics and I don't know how to assemble it, thank you very much 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
Excellent work, admire that you spent so much time for the video production....along with the production of the papercraft!! P.S. Absolutely love your music choice as well, thank you!!
+Kjell Rasmussen Thanks :) And you can get the model in the description, so you can build it yourself. I would sell you already made but It would be expensive as you must pay shipping and I live in Costa Rica
hii how cost of lights will be are with circuit i have made emirates and air india b777-300 paper aircrafts but without led lights so i want led lights in my planes...
great. which kind of paper did u use? i never did a paper model, but urs inspired me to make one. did u use a heavier paper like cardboard or normal printing paper.
+Xdercoole7 Yes, I use a harder paper. You can measure the thickness of paper as grams per square meters. You can make an idea, office paper is about 85g/m2 whereas bristol paper (the one that I use) is about 160g/m2, twice the thickness. This paper is called Bristol but I'm sure this name may vary depending on your location, and also you can get a paper from 120g/m2 to 180g/m2, so it is up to you on what paper you can get.
Excuse me sir , do you have a full video of how to build that led light , i'll build that but i'm so confused to build , if you have a tutorial video , comment me sir , thanks sir
Hey buddy we have the same hobbies😳😳😳 I have the air india which u used in beginning and now i m planning to build this one😄😄but i wont be able to build better than u😅😅
it is optional and the purpose of this is to seal the surface of the paper, then you can use a lacquer spray to give a glossy effect on the model and give some protection
thanks, and nice to hear that! Yes it is possible yo change it because I placed the battery at the main landing gear wheel well, so, if the battery gets empty, I can open that door and change it
