Because he is so used to other cultures he acts more like a western guy living in Japan compared to his cousin who acts like a straight up Japanese guy with how they are going about the relationships, Japanese guys tend to be more shy and move very slowly or might not even make a move at all meanwhile Itsoumi is straight up cool with hand holding and putting his arm around Yuki etc. I like they show the two different sides.
I like that they most likely go the "There's drama, but we resolve it properly" route. ... It's a show about communication after all. I wouldn't be surprised if they resolve the problem by next episode.
I think the problem was already solved this episode. Of course not the explanation regarding the key, but their relationship to each other at the end was so close

Yeah, I think as well that because he was too nice to her to begin with by letting her stay over, it's led to these thoughts by Yuki, casting doubts. Itsu downfall (if any) could be that he's too nice to people he shouldn't be. And yes, you're more than welcome into the glasses gang! haha
When I saw the preview for this episode last week I was excited to see where the episode would end and I'm so happy it ended with Yuki giving Itsu the green light to fully pursue her basically, and how can you not love how romantic he is?! I mean that hand kiss...super sweet! It'll be Diabetes from here on out, lol. I'll still stand on business when I say that this is one of the best romance anime/ manga stories I've ever experienced. I love that Itsu is a gentleman and I look forward to hopefully seeing the anime adapt certain things he says and particular moments between the two because I'm so absolutely sick with how some people wanna drag him as a character through the dirt. He's Himmithy Him HIM and that's that, haters can stay mad lol. It's also only episode 5! And now that we've more or less established that they will be together, It'll be fun to see them grow as one ♥
They can stay mad for sure. He's been nothing but kind, caring, and supportive or her needs in such a short space of time. The man is doing it right. Anime fans will be wildin' sometimes.
I don't remember what episode it was, BUT Itsumi did tell her he and Emma weren't a thing, that they where just friends. So yes he did clarify his relationship with her.
He did! BUT then she was just handing a key back after the fact to his place and we all can't pretend that those insecure thoughts arent real! Lets not forget Emma is persuing him so Yuki has every right to still question it. 😊

Rusty: To be fair, we only kind of think that because he seems to be her drinking buddy talking about other guys. He does dress extravagantly as well. But also, I hint that he also might have a thing for Emma too, but we don't know because we never see his perspective.
