HOW DARE SHE?! My dad has Alzheimer's and I would never, EVER mock his illness, like Gabby mocked Ashley's dementia. Dementia and Alzheimer's is a serious illness and it should be taken seriously, it's cruel to judge sufferers. Good job Ashley called the police, whether or not she is his daughter.
She should have more sense her dad dying she she shouild be helping him not mocking him ........ She's a child its a lot to deal with but time to step up for her family and her little brother.....
It is bad that she mocks her fathers illness but that she mocks laurels to being an alchcolic having that addiction is also something that should not be mocked.
I know it's supposed to be serious but I found this scene quite funny "apologise to laurel or I'll call the police just because I called her a slag doubt it No because you stole from Victoria oh you remembered well done" hilarious!!!
If she stole from Victoria ( ok, any stealings bad) but Victoria’s family! She’s Jack’s daughter- I assume it’s Victoria Sugden-and Jack married Gabby’s gran, Diane!
Yes,,it IS horrible, but she's a seriously disturbed teenager, who because amongst other things us frightened, worried, and confused, AND that's on top of the usual teenage angst that they ALL go through in the normal course of events. She needs counselling, after being made sharply aware by the police, in the 1st instance, to what she's doing is wrong, and to bring it home to her that she's on a destructive path. Punishing her every 5 mins, won't get through to her. She needs firm, tough, but constructive love and guidance, to get her through the difficult and decanting period of her father's illness and inevitable death.
I can't stand Gabby because she is rude, annoying and selfish character throughout the programme. I felt sorry for Ashley because she was mocking his dementia and that's a sick thing to do is mocking people's dementia.
