Another week another thought provoking, thought unpacking, thought digesting episode with Caiah and Mpho. In this episode , the ladies host none other than the Self Care Princess , Clalissa Magunde💃🏾
In true Thought Digest Fashion , the ladies begin with their life update , and Clalissa lights up the segment with some positive updates about her life and well being - providing a great dose of optimism for our hosts and audience alike.
The girl chat segment is more than perfect for our Self Care Princess , as the girls talk all things Skin Care! They share their go to skincare products and tips , as well as some skin care myths they’ve come to debunk on their skin care journeys.
For the games segment , Caiah and Clalissa go toe to toe in a game of “Guess The Animal” , with Mpho as their quiz master. Mpho gives them a few clues and they have to guess which animal fits the given clue/fact. The loser has to take a mystery shot , prepared by the crew🤢
