Allahuma Barik, I love how Nouma Ali explained it. His not saying don’t open up to your family, just stating know who you telling it to. For those who have kids when it comes to giving them life lessons or advice, tell them how it is and don’t make it all colourful for them, explained it from all angles so they able to fully understand you. May Allah give us all a deeper meaning to which we can’t comprehend.

This story explains how practical teachings kuran had and that became the base for spread of Islam rather than violance ,what usually consirered my many as reason for spread of islam. this practicality and realistic view shows the maturity of human mind that we find missing in many religions where praise of idealism gave may to hidden shrewdness in human character.
Very good point sister. But the fact of the matter is this is already the base of our religion, practical applications of Quranic teachings for every human until the end of this world. This is why this book is a miracle of its own. But I'd like to highlight that under certain propagandas Islam is wrongfully telecasted by the media.

I almost have nobody to share this. I have been surrounded by envy people all my life for my career and what i am especially in my family circle. They keep you isolated and let you down in a way thats not obvious and even though I dont give a damn, i realised lately it was affecting my life in some ways. 1) Dont say about your achievements or good things to people 2) If your family have some issues and not having healthy relationships, good intentions then keep a good distance (dont fight with them)
I totally get this. You have to let a lot go when people talk. Emotional intelligence is often about learning to get on with people who see things a little different or have diff politics and people can't see the good or what they DO agree with in them. Not everything in a relationship is bad .
