Heyy. I hope this helps someone. 1. REINTERPRET YOUR PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS - acknowledge and rethink the physical changes in your body. Realize that your body is just excited (not scared, stressed, nervous, etc.). If you can do that, you'll gain more confidence and boost the positive, your motivation will grow, and you will gain control over your performance and acts. 2. RECOGNIZE YOUR SPECTRUM - understand the broad spectrum of emotions, know and understand your emotional vocabulary - the language you describe how you feel. Be specific with your emotions and ask yourself why are you feeling them at which point, and what caused you to feel that way? - emotional regulation correlates with emotional distinction (whatever that means) - people who recognize specific emotions can regulate those emotions [okay, got it!] What happens when you regulate your emotions: - you may control the negative feelings that cause you pain - you may encourage the positive feelings that leave you inspired ! Take the time to explore your feelings and learn some new words along the way. You may discover feelings you never knew existed. 3. DIVERSIFY YOUR EXPERIENCES - emotional intelligence comes from experience; they widen your perspective they teach you new things by exposing you to the unknown. How can you make new experiences to make your emotional perspective wider: 1. travel the world; 2. read books 3. watch movies 4. learn new languages 5. try new foods and so much more How exactly does your experience impact your emotional intelligence: - experience creates understanding and understanding creates EMPATHY: * you learn why others think the way they do; * you get a better understanding of different people and personalities; * empathy lies at the heart of emotional intelligence ! BUT you need perspective to understand others without perspective your understanding will always be limited! - experience also defuses RUMUNATION or OVERTHINKING: * experiences especially those in nature impact your mental state: ? HOW? by reducing negative activity in the brain - these experiences create a positive state of mind allowing you to escape toxic patterns ! SO if you want to master your emotions have a new experience step outside of your comfort zone walk fearlessly into the unknown because there's a world out there waiting to be understood! 4. REINFORCE YOUR STANDARDS - if you have high standards for yourself, you should maintain those standards for the people in your life because people with high standards make the best leaders, they have clear expectations and bring out the best in other people. - empower others - stop bottling up your feelings - take a more active and active role in your life - you gain control over your emotions 5. LIMIT YOUR REACTIVITY - people with high emotional intelligence control their reactivity. When they're faced with a problem they don't respond right away they take some extra time to think and during that time their emotions settle down those flaring impulsive feelings dissipate, so they can think with a cool head. Because of this calculated pause emotionally intelligent people develop strong conflict resolution skills instead of creating conflict, they neutralize conflict, they mediate reasonable compromises, and help other people communicate How do you respond to a conflict? - your first emotion is often unproductive and impulsive [WRONG] ! SO if you want to develop emotional intelligence: - control your reactivity; - pause whenever your emotions get the best of you: in the moment you don't have to react - excuse yourself and take a break, give your emotions the chance to settle down and when you're calm and clear-headed you'll give a response that you can stand behind ! Not only will you avoid conflict but you'll develop better control over your emotions

3:15 I think by being vague [good/bad], it gives the inquirer the choice to decide if she/he wants to talk about it [the issue], or/and gives you an opportunity to decide if you want to talk about it (at that point in time). Although being specific [humiliation, embarrassment...] may be a quick hook for a convo (if that was your intention). I guess sometimes you want to be honest, but not talkative.

Society should place importance in the cultivation of moral quotient. For more details, please watch the sermon of the Light of Wisdom Church, welcome everyone to study and discuss together. Video “To live is to continue living |The Essence Of Happiness And The True Freedom 06” If you think it makes sense, we must not only believe it ourselves, but also spread it to more people. Evangelism is not only the job of pastors, but also the responsibility of every believer. This is also the aspect that the Lord values most when ascending to the kingdom of heaven.

How to master your emotions? You do it by not caring so much. I am a musician and could play music and not be nervous simply because I don't care what the audience think; at least not so much. And the same goes for when making speeches. And this is one way that you control your emotions, work under pressure, and many other things, etc.

The message of the gospel is the message of reconciliation. ❤️ The alienated sinner can be reconciled to God. Reconciliation with God is possible. That's what we've proclaimed, that's what we preach, that's what we teach, that's what we live for and that, perhaps, is what some even die for. Number one, reconciliation is by the will of God. Verse 18, "All these things are from whom? God." What things? The things that accompany regeneration. Verse 17, "If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature. The old things passed away, behold, new things have come." All that is new in regeneration, all that is new in the new birth, all that is new in conversion, all that is new in salvation comes from God. Secondly, it is by the act of forgiveness. It is by the act of forgiveness. The only way a reconciliation can occur is if the one who has been offended is being willing to forgive, and that's what verse 19 says. "God was in Christ reconciling the world, meaning humanity, to Himself. How? By not counting their trespasses against them." That is the only way that reconciliation can take place if the barrier, the offense, the sin is removed. Third point. Reconciliation is by the will of God, it is by the act of forgiveness, and it is by the obedience of faith. In verse 20, "God making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God." Isn't that fascinating? This is all of God, all of God. All these things are from God. It is God doing the reconciling, that's divine sovereignty. And yet, here we are, begging people to be reconciled to the God who is the reconciler. How can God say, "Okay, you're forgiven. Okay, I no longer impute your sins to you. Okay, there are removed as far as the east is from the west, buried in the depths of the sea and I remember them no more." How can he do that and be just? The answer comes in the 15 words in verse 21, "He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him." That, my dear friends, is a series. Not just the point in a message. There's so much there. Let's break it down. 15 words. "He, God, made Him who knew no sin." Who's that? Who's that? Short list. One name. He made Him who knew no sin. As the writer of Hebrew says, "The holy, harmless, undefiled one." The one of whom even man said, "I find no false in him." The one of whom the father said, "This is my beloved son and who I'm well pleased." The sinless one, the spotless one. How is God going to be just in the justifier of sinners, he made him who knew no sin, meaning Christ, sin. On the cross, God poured out the full fury of His wrath against all the sins of all the people who would ever believe. You say, "Wait a minute. As I analyze the cross, there really were only three hours when this took place. All of that took place in three hours, how is it possible that the sinners of human history will go to hell and be in hell forever and ever, and all of them in hell forever will never pay the price for their sins, but Christ can pay the price in full for all the sins of all who would ever believe in three hours and the only answer I can give you is because he is an infinite person, he has an infinite capacity to absorb that judgment. Will you turn to Jesus today? ❤️

There’s quite a bit more to it than this. Some of the information in this video is just basic emotional recognition. Whereas others are dangerously close to the basic mindset of those who are seen as opportunistic, manipulative, and calculating. Kinda like the cluster B group of the personality disorders. Experience can also have a polarizing effect on empathy. Empathy is learned at a very young age, and depends on interactions that happen when we’re in diapers. So what you’re suggesting is more inline with what one might call "cognitive empathy." It's something that’s used when authentic, genuine empathy wasn’t properly ingrained when it had to be. It’s most likely too late in the learning process for you, if you can read this. But never give up trying to better yourself and improving the lives of all living beings. Because as long as you are adamant about doing that, you’ll benefit greatly in the process.

Emotions are Not things to be “mastered”. They are things to be allowed and acknowledged. With acknowledgment and feelings we gain insight and opportunity to change. Most people repress or suppress into the unconscious/ shadow. Creating greater confusion and chaos within individual. It is clear to me that humanity is ignorant to the very things that make them human.

Master your emotions by: 1)Reinterpret your symptoms. Don't get nervous by thinking negative outcomes. 2)Recognize the spectrum. Use emotional vocabularies. Be specific about emotions like embarrassment and humiliation. 3)Diversify your emotions. Socialize. Know how people think. 4)Reinforce your standards. Have self confidence. 5)Limit your reactivity. Think and respond.
