Definitely a really important topic! I'd be interested in exploring this topic more, especially exercises or things to do to get more access to the emotions we don't allow ourselves to feel. I've used the Emotion Wheel as a starting off point before, but as an Fe-dom it can be really difficult to access my own needs and emotions vs those of other people.
I got emotion wheel coasters. I use them to help communicate with my ISTJ husband (I'm an ENTP). I'm also currently in the "interpersonal relationships" section of Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. Talk about synchrony.🤣😂🤣
Wallow in grief; wallow is a verb and grief is the emotion. They're not inextricably tied together. Grief can motivate change. I've been decluttering in my grief. It's very zen. I'm an old ENTP (68).
I'm detached the only way to get through my mom's death so that's my way to cope if I wasn't I would be a mess I don't like feeling vulnerable for the reason that people pick up on that and may exploit it. having negative emotions it's hard to think clearer or to reach clarity . If your calm your going to have a clear mind like a blank slate .
❤❤❤ When I go through big life changes like a new job or a move, I get so anxious it brings on heart palpitations, lightheadedness, no appetite, etc. etc. I’ve got that emotion wheel as a pillowcase on my bed lol anyways, thank you for the content that you two put out. It makes a huge difference to me and I’m sure lots of other people as well. Mahalo!!!
My alarming emotion is resentment. Why am I blaming someone? It's very alarming and I have to figure out my part in it. Happiness=Reality minus Expectations Why did I have unrealistic expectations? I'm an ENTP.
Socionics shows ENTPs have Fe -. ENFPs have Fe +. Which means ENTPs use negative emotional tones to shake up illogical people. ENFPs use positive emotions to motivate people to learn new ideas 💡.
