Haven’t done this meditation in a while, and I just completed it again. I felt the healing energy entering my right hand. My right hand became hot and started pulsating. It was amazing. I greatly needed this cleansing again. Thank you so very much.

Only just listened to this. It was very beautiful, and as someone else commented, I was a bit confused about the designations of the hands. I have always felt left as feminine/receiving and right as masculine/presenting. Is the reversal intentional to create the cleansing effect, or should we take the orientation that works for our system? what wisdom could you share with us?
