Empathy Is Key 

The experience of having a temporary disability gives researchers, designers, and engineers the chance to understand what their consumers encounter daily. Empathy labs make this type of testing possible.
There’s no way to perfectly understand the obstacles faced by individuals with a disability, but innovations such as empathy labs allow UX teams to better design with their users in mind.
Through empathy and understanding what someone else might be going through, you create allies and advocates, which we need from our innovators- people who can champion those with disabilities.
