She started 321 Coffee during her freshman year at NC State University to create meaningful employment opportunities for adults with IDD. Under her leadership, the company has grown to employ over 50 adults. Wrege is a strong advocate for inclusivity and social entrepreneurship. It is designed for these individuals to showcase their skills and personalities in a friendly atmosphere and allow them to develop relationships with the local community.
