Oh yeah! It is awesome. I think this book release deserves so much more hype. Did you read the Nevernight trilogy? I am planning on starting that trilogy in April.

I only read Illuminae by him (co-written). Is there romance in this series?

I have only read Empire of the Vampire and Empire of the Damned, but now I want to read EVERYTHING he writes. There is a little romance sub-plot and some side characters have romances, and there are some short spice scenes, but romance is really a minor part of the book.

Like the story, hate the descriptions of the over the top porn style sex in the book, it's a waste

I'm not a fan of spice in books either, and I do agree this book could have done without it. I am just a huge fan of this story and the writing is amazing.
