I have been waiting for a mod like this one ever since the release of Bannerlord. This exact era is so much fun to explore, early 1700s is a blast

Finally a proper bannerlord gunpowder mod!

Thanks for the video Jackie! There will indeed be lots more to come, including artillery for field battles and sieges. One thing players are already noticing is that it is a lot harder than other mods, and the tactics are very different. Long thin lines, and manual control (hold fire) of units like grenadiers and hand cannons makes a huge difference.

makes me want to do another Empire Total War campaign! my last one as Sweden ended up conquering the Caribbean after wiping out the pirate strongholds; unfortunately I am rubbish at naval battles!

This is really cool ! I wished RBM would be in the vanilla game so all the mods would be compatible by default because the vanilla AI is.... well it's always a battle between two blobs made of zombies... I wished also that the different types of units could be assigned to a particular formation to have beautiful and unique armies rather than a bunch of random troops gathered in blobs, it would also allow more diverse strategies and configurations. I would like Bannerlord to feel more like the wargame it should be.

It would be awesome if u can use some existing control such as dismount for the riflemen to make them crouch on one knee. You could have a formation of longe range knelt while the line infantry r behind them like ntw

Despite the fact that i red the instructions checked the load order etc - People still dont have helmets or hair :D - any guesses guys? Things like eagle rising worked easily

Not a fan of the musket sounds. They should be a lot louder. I'll play the mods once i figure out how to install mods for this game.

The tricorn hats in this mod look really off, they seem like pirate hats made of leather while infantry hats would be made of wool

Do they change the interiors of fiefs as well?

Get your banner color persistence mod working properly, the banners are beautiful when displayed correctly. You just have to change a .json file to true. It’s in the mod description. Might not be save game compatible though

Would you recommend Bannerlord? Used to love warband back in the day but had a 9 year gaming hiatus but got back in to gaming Total war over the last year a bit

I wish the grenadiers were also given muskets but just way less accurate than the sharpshooters. Also I hope they can implement some kind of volley fire line formation to have those proper line infantry battles

Jack you should do a campaign for this mod just like the eagle rising one! It would be lots of fun to watch, you could unite the holy roman empire and take on france or play as sweden against the poles and russians
