Employability of engineers in India

As per one of the researches conducted across our country it was stated that only 22% of the total engineers in India are employable. The engineers are technically sound but lack proficiency in soft skills. And here is a video on what we think about it and how we can improve the current scenario focusing more on thinking outside the box and trying new things.
