The next time I see a parent going out of their way to mention their kids disability when it has fuckall to do with the situation and they're NOT the POS who initiated the conflict.... it'll be the first time.
The professional victim customer is provoking the employee, is being condescending & rude, acting entitled. I treat people who handle my food with kindness and respect, and I have NEVER in my life had an issue. I eat out at a restaurant EVERY SINGLE DAY. I get fast food or a coffee 5 days a week, often twice a day. you will never see me posting a video of an interaction like this, because I simply have never had one. I'm the guy who always waits patiently with a smile even when I'm in a rush, and am always polite. And guess what? When the workers notice that I have been waiting patiently and never complain, and still treat them well even when they are backed up, they often throw me an extra fry or drink, or even a coupon for a free item next time I come. It pays to treat people with respect.
Apparently you didn't mind fighting in front of your daughter. I am assuming this lady was fired. She probably walked over to the next restaurant to work for them.
@AYLA 1111 wow... youre really slow. And racist, of course making this about color. The mother deserved it. The employees were disengaging her and she kept coming at them relentlessly. The only bad part of this video is that the drink wasn't steaming hot, that would've shut her fat, annoying ass up
That employee should be fired. After being told, “nobody asked” and then getting a drink thrown at you, obviously, the customer is innocent and the employee was being mean. That kind of treatment is unacceptable!
Not really. The employee was being a bitch at first. Plus she threw a fuckin drink at the customer, which is assault, so forget about getting fired, she could get arrested for that! I mean, that’s what happens when establishments hire young punk ass kids and pay them near minimum wage to work like understaffed slaves.
Literally had the worst experience with Dunkin’ Donuts this morning. Me and my fiancé went to get our coffee before getting a hotel room because we traveled for him to go to his uncles funeral. The employee got so mad that I told her she accidentally got my drink wrong that she started yelling and calling me names and then she slammed the drive through window. Why people gotta be mad for no reason.
I don’t care how Karen she was, throwing a drink on someone is assault. That girl needs anger management help before she hurts someone and ends up in jail.
Nigga stfu u think they get payed enough for ur bs just told some bitch today if I see her again i wouldn't give a fuck if she a woman equal rights equal fights
Yeah customer was definitely being annoying because we DO NOT give a fuck if your kid has autism but that was super unprofessional and unnecessary she could have walked away…
It's a shame that people act like this. It's hard to judge a situation like this because you don't know the whole context. But retails is retail and you're supposed to be putting your best foot forward to the customer.
leave ppl alone bro u did not have to go up there, try to prove dominance over a FAST FOOD EMPLOYEE, and try to make her feel bad for ur daughter WITH AUTISM, for kids with a disability like that its better not to describe them as their disability and make them feel different as sb who has autism in the family it makes them feel singled out, fast food employees get paid anywhere from 7.50-13 an hour and she's probably there at work most of her days u REALLY think she gives a fuk about losin a couple hundred every 2 weeks when she could just go somewhere else 😂
The customer is clearly just arguing to argue. The other lady shouldn’t have thrown the drink. But she clearly doesn’t give a fuck if she gets fired. So what’s the issue? Seems two me like two unstable people are getting what they deserve.
@@jasonwu3941, that’s not the customers’ fault though. The billion dollar corporations/fast food restaurants should pay their employees more than minimum wage!
@@jasonwu3941 You don't go around saying "what the hell" around customers. Remember, this is your PROFESSION, not a place to mess around. That employee had no respect and she didn't even apologize for her rude mouth.
I mean thats totally unacceptable, but why police them? We have enough Karens in this world. It's like a response was required. I would have been worried about the safety of my child and not escalated a conflict. That's the first thought. So kid with autism? Shame shamw shame shame on you. Even worse. Two wrongs don't make a right. Be a better example. The example so far js if you don't like the service you get some place, stay and badger them. Be sure to video tape it, too. Keep pushing their buttons so the video is juicy. Kids? Even better because you can intimidate them. Have a kid to exploit? Oh, they autism? You are in like flint. The public will suck this up. They will say how disrespectful those employees were. Tell you all the ways you can make changes there and give you a ton of sedement towards the autistic kid. Teach them how to be a proper victim and get proper response. Thats appropriate. Just as appropriate as throwing a drink on someone
