I would suggest you consider placing the grill near the kitchen door NOT near the sliding glass doors because smoke from the grill and folk walking in and out of the sliding glass doors could get in the grill masters way! Personally I would look in to including the outdoor kitchen design with the pool layout. Love your front door, the black & white theme, epoxy garage floor and Cam’s shower is really cool. Down the road I would consider adding a folding area/sink in the laundry room. Amazing home! Always inspired by my brothers & sisters doing AMAZINGLY WELL! KEEP sharing I learned a lot!!! Stay BLESSED!

Congatulations!!! The exterior colors are PERFECTION! We're going to have some similar options once our modern farmhouse is done like the glass cabinet inserts and herringbone backsplash. LOVE IT ALL! Great job on your selections.

If you like your bathroom sick fixture you could always spray paint them with a black. It’s what I did to my draw pulls when they didn’t come in black. Super easy even just temporarily

My husband noticed your home security provider from the camera doorbell 😂😂he has been researching between Vivint and ADT for months. Hopefully you just gave him the stamp of approval.

Yes we were in between the two as well Lol! A couple of YT videos ranked the current home security systems and Vivint was #1 and my Husband called both, ADT requires you to have a 3 year contract, and Both require you to pay for your equipment but with Vivint once it’s paid off your monthly payment decreases
