I like that the stairs are carpeted but the rest is hardwood. The mini closet is amazing. I would absolutely turn that into my little chilling area with a twin size mattress on the floor and lots of pillows and blankets, get a small tv or take your laptop in there to watch movies and nap. You could turn it into a bunny area for your buns to free roam. After you bunny proof the piping and electrical that are in there. Or you could make that an enclosure for a bigger reptile like a tegu or your beardie.

This is so exciting! I love the layout of your new house, it’s so functional! Especially the two animal rooms that are connected to the bathroom-SO CONVENIENT! That mini storage closet in your room would make a fun “reading lounge”. I know how much you enjoy reading! You could make it cozy in there, add some string lights, book shelves, etc. 😍 Congrats on the new place, I can’t wait for updates! ☺️

Congratulations on your new place and the setup looks weird with all the rooms at the bottom but its different abd it works. Atleast in the summers your rooms will be nice and cool since you aren't on the top floor! I have been binge watching your videos a bit to get more of an idea of your place abd glad you did this on your own! You should be very proud! 💚

Love your new house- it's awesome!! I think that you should cover those pipes (but still keep it accessible obviously) and make a room for your pupper!! I've always wanted a room like that so I could do that for my dog! Best of luck moving-- can't wait to see the house once you're all settled and moved in!

The downstairs is a little odd to me. The fact that all of the rooms are connected to one main bathroom. I guess it's not really that much different from a regular layout of a house where all the rooms are adjacent or next to each other down a main hallway. Plus you have the upstairs room that could be used as an office ect. I found it interesting it doesn't come with a washer dryer. Is that common? You have to buy your own washer/dryer? I still cannot get over that you have a 4 bedroom house to yourself. I'm insanely jealous that you're able to own a home. Idk if you own or you're renting but even renting a home of this size is incredible and you're so insanely lucky and privileged to be able to have that. It's even crazier that you live alone. Rent or a mortgage on that place has got to be upwards of 4-5 grand a month. If you're willing to share the stats I'm very curious about it. I know I'm not the only person watching this thinking the same thing. Idk if things are different in Canada but here in the US there's no way most people can afford something like this 😢. I'm genuinely happy for you and would like to learn more.

Own or Rent. If you own you can make it into one big pet room down stairs. And up stairs move the hot water heater closer to the door and make the hallway closet way bigger. Best of luck in the new place.

What is your main source of income? If it's content, how were you able to go on an almost year long hiatus from RU-vid? Do you have help from your parents?

Can I ask how you are able to afford a house at such a young age? I'm always amazed at seeing people who are in my generation able to own a home when most can barely afford to live alone or simply can't and need a partner or roommates in order to afford a place to live. Not to mention the expense of all of your animals as well.

If you rent how do you get approved with all your animals? Im trying to move across country and im having trouble finding a place that will allow all my animals. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
