Absolutely stunning new home. The drawers and cupboards opening into the fridge when the fridge door is open may need a different solution. I don't think that will work longterm.

I am so HAPPY FOR YOU ALL April. I can’t wait till your furniture is finally in your new home and then you are settled. It’s a lot of work building a new home. My late husband and I did it in California. It was a 3400 sq ft no basement are allowed in new homes because of earthquakes in 22 elevations. Less then a year moving in he passed suddenly that was 21 years ago. He was a fighter pilot a col in the US Air Force Dave’s dream job lol 😂. God Bless you all 🙏🙏🙏

Very nice home. You mentioned the lighting above the kitchen island not having bulbs. If something fails with the lighting is there a way to get repair parts or will the whole pendant have to be replaced?
