What a great space! Personally I wouldn’t keep the bookshelf, because I like a more open space.. all that and no washer/dryer? I would get rid a tv if I have a projector. But that view is to die for! I’m sure you ended up paying an arm and a leg for it.

She has a washer and dryer 0:21 and the bookshelf even tho it’s kinda huge it separates the bed from the living room! I agree about the TV cuz I mean she’s literally surrounded by windows and the view is the focal point! Umm I think as she grows into her new place she’ll get a better sense of what she needs and wants in her new space! It takes time to settle in!

For a high rise apartment like that in NYC I’m thinking 4 or 5 thousand per month! Idk if this is NYC or Jersey umm it might be cheaper if it’s Jersey but yeah rent prices run high in NYC especially a nice place like this. Idk what Paola does for a living or if she’s solely funded by RU-vid but you know if she can afford it or has some sort of arrangements made for her to stay there then you know that’s great. Some RU-vidrs get these luxury high rise apartments in exchange for promoting the complex on RU-vid in order to get more people to rent from there! I just don’t know!
