It's definitely 'Taunt you to see'. Listen closely, he doesn't use L at all. It's Taunt and they are both pronounced the same except one has L and he doesn't say the L at all.
This should've been made so that the guy in the white suit has the white background and the guy in the black suit has a black background, it'll make the video seem more like the two are at war with each other, kinda like the video.
Well I don't think it has to be exactly about Palestine and Israel. My interpretation was that the song was about the guy in the white suit resembling any sort of oppression in general, and the guy in the black suit is yelling for people to wake up and take a look around. The children represent the chaos of nations fighting, behaving like uncontrolled children where reason is drowned out by a ball pit. It's about oppression in general in my eyes, not just what happened with Palestine and Israel.
