Is this at a restaurant or something?? Making it homemade is basically staying at the pot stirring for hours. You just put it all in the pot at different times.
Uh, if you ever worked in a restaurant this is what they do…. Instead of using a spoonful to make 2-4 portions they mix it all in a bucket to make 50-100 portions. “I don’t like it anymore”. wait till you see how they make industrialized mayonnaise portions.
