Also thank you for keeping all of your videos up. It is astonishing how your skin has transformed. I totally love this. It's one of my staple devices. Great bang for the buck. It's just as reliable and effective as devices costing many times more and has multiple settings. It does a GREAT job firming up facial and defining jaw muscles. 5 stars!
@@KOllectivebykellyodell there are plenty of tutorials on the device. You can just google them. I used it daily the first month and then went to a twice weekly maintenance routine then weekly... You'll know when you need to use it.
I'm glad I found this channel, lovely tutorial! You can try putting medical tape, a couple of layers if needed to keep new wrinkles from being formed in other places that are twitching during a treatment and Vani lotion is my favorite microcurrent conductor since it doesn't get dry and sticky nearly as fast and it's also very important to remember that the eye muscles are very delicate so never go close to that area unless with the most extreme gentle of pulses.❤

Hi TJ, I have been using micro current a long time and have a NuFace device but really like the Age R Deep Shot from Medicube better because you can feel the contractions. The Rio device looks like something I would really like due to the smaller heads and being able to target areas, have you used the Deep Shot and do you prefer the Rio?
Him I have the DeepShot (I just released a video last week with it). The Age R Microcurrent Roller is great too, and works similar to the Rio 60 - but is a little weaker in power and intensity (not a bad thing for most people). I use them for different outcomes, with the Rio 60 more for volume and toning, and the Medicube for sculpting and tightening.
Oh gosh I was just thinking of a device like this and here this video popped up after I watched your previous video. But I don't like to be needing to hold the device onto my face... tired hands and can't do anything else. I wish there is a good reliable device that is wearable. TJ can look into that ;)
Hi Tj.iam 44 .mother of 4. My question is about microcurrent. My microcurrent device looks like yours, but it has 3 modes.v shaping, lifting and ems. On which mode i should go for microcurrent? Plus it doesn't twitch on ems mode.
4:23 I noticed when I use my Medicube EMS device that it pulls my lip corners down when I move over that area of the jaw. Do you know if that is a good thing? I’m just worried that it will strengthen the muscles that pull downward and create jowls prematurely.
Hi. It's absolutely nothing to worry about. If you think about it, when you're young those muscles are strong and large. They don't cause any pulling downwards on the muscles of the mouth or jowl area. A big part of jowl formation is where the muscles that elevate the lower face lose their strength and mass, resulting in the platysmal muscles in the neck overcoming them and pulling them downwards. If you strengthen the platysma, the jowls will get worse. So focus on toning the muscles around the mouth, mid face, and cheeks to counteract this. 😊
@TJTutorials omg I have been working on my platsyma thinking it was going to make me better .. no wonder I can see my jowl area getting worse every day ! if you could do a video on a protocol on how to target that area I would literally love you . as at only 37 I can see daily it worsening and its really depressing me 😢😢
I would say they were pretty similar with results, but the Medicube EMS derma shot is wayyyyyy more comfortable to use and offers a full face treatment too.

You might start noticing some subtle results in the cheek area, like improved muscle tone and firmness, within a few weeks, especially with consistent use (around 3-5 times a week). Ahhh, thank you 😊 while both EMS and Microcurrent are both forms of electrotherapy, they are not the same thing. EMS mainly works by stimulating muscles to build strength, while Microcurrent focuses on rejuvenating the skin and fighting aging at a cellular level. 😊

I live in the US but the link you put for the uk to buy the rio goes to Sephora and they don’t have the Rio. I bought one 3 years ago from a link you supplied on Ebay uk but my device didn’t work. 😊 so what I want to do is hold my EMS device study in one spot for up to a minute to lift that muscle instead of gliding it like you do a so we don't drag it like we would a microcurrent machine yes?
The most effective device that I've ever used is my professional hifu device. But obviously that's not for everyone and requires proper training. Otherwise, my next favorite skincare device that I use without fail daily is the Medicube Booster Pro. 😊
Thank you for getting back to me. Did a wee bit more research and decided to purchase one. Looking forward to receiving. I have another question, if I may, I ordered the HIFU 4 back in September and to date haven’t received. Have done some back and forth a guy named Robby with my last looking to get a refund. He says it’s coming but that was the beginning of March. Have seen nothing since, certainly no refund. I don't know if u know but are they out of business? Can I assume my money is gone?
You're going to love the results you get with the EMS. With regards to the HiFU 4. I'm assuming that that is something you ordered via Skin XTC? I actually stopped recommending them last year after a spate of delays and issues with fulfilling customer orders - which was disappointing as the products themselves were actually really good but the actual running of the business wasn't acceptable in my opinion. I'm sorry to hear that your experiencing non delivery of an ordered product. If I was you, I would file a chargeback with my credit card or payment provider for non receipt of a purchase.

Hi. EMS is a whole different ballgame to microcurrent and nanocurrent. Microcurrent and nano current only work in the upper layers of the skin and on the micro-muscles and nerves, boosting ATP and refining the skin tone and texture. EMS stimulates the deeper and larger muscles and avoids the skin, helping them to gain in strength and volume for improved support and definition. Unfortunately, no amount of microcurrent would replace the power of EMS. Hope this helps.
I just bought an ems device for the face on Amazon. They have everything. Most of them are described as microcurrent, but this is different from Nuface microcurrent current.
Hi. It's more of a European brand and available on Amazon.co.uk. But for outside of the UK, a quick look on your local Amazon at EMS facial device should bring up some comparable alternatives 🙂
