** Don't go to 19!! I keep it on 1 or 2 and it's powerful enough. Start at 1 and then work up. Don't go directly to the high setting first! The first time I used I started on a mid setting and it shocked the crap out of me haha. ...Instructions : Press the '+' to start it (on the left) and the minus to turn off (flick down to past 0). Adjust the intensity with the + and - . Have both feet on the drawing outline - one on the left and one on the right, or it doesn't work. Use the M (centre) to adjust the sensation / pulse. One side of mine is a bit stronger than the other so I spin it around after a while. My feet have been hurting and after a while on this the pain is relieved when I walk.
This video enabled me to keep my massager and not have to return it. It's just to bad (ridiculous) that the manufacturers didn't see fit to enclose understandable and useful instructions with it.
Just a little ago I received my ordered foot massager, but without instructions booklet, pls. send the booklet, also can I recharge the battery from the mobile phone charger.
I put mine on number 1 and my calfs were twitching intensely. Level 2 was too high. I can't imagine putting it on 18 or 19. It looks exactly like yours. Got it on Amazon.
ours arrived with a broken part - the snap ripped out of the matt, so no electrical contact is possible. there is no email or contact info for getting a replacement. Apparently, the distributor is in Franklin Park, IL, but the name is not on the box or product. The video you have is the exact product; so can you tell me what company I need to contact for a replacement? Thanks
how long does it take on the charger for a full charge? When I have it on the charger it turns orange/red...how do I know when it's fully charged? I don't feel anything...not even a tingle???
I bought it no sensation it is not working. What do I do know. Any video how to use it? All videos are in some other languages not in English. Some help centre is there where we can post our problems?
Press the '+' to start it (on the left) and the minus to turn off (flick down to past 0). Adjust the intensity with the + and -, but start on a low setting because mine scared me when I first used it and I only go up to 2 or 3 max. Have both feet on the drawing outline - one on the left and one on the right, or it doesn't work. Use the M (centre) to adjust the sensation / pulse.
I'm locked in confusion about 2 pads that have a tiny silver ball on it - where does it go?? Whar do they supposed to do? They're just 2 white little oval shaped pads that obviously are intended to stick somewhere - BUT WHERE??? LOL.
The back of that round black item (main unit) has two buttons that pop into the top two silver buttons at the top of the pad. I got that right, but I still can't get it to produce any kind of electrical impulses.
Neither did mine, and it's not working. I can't get the battery cover off either. It's like it's sealed shut. It took almost 3 weeks to get here. I better not have to pay for shipping going back, because I got it directly from the dealer.
Allit does is shock the nerves in your feet and up past your ankles. You have to bend over for the remote to work. Can bearly see the controls. Waste of money !!!
I have received new one and it is not working and battery button the foot side I think you have received defective one Arun Sunda either you replace or refund the money
These are for sale from $6 to what I paid $39. It doesn't work period. Wish I'd seen the $6 one but probably don't work either. Don't buy these. I played 2 video instructions plus enclosed and no e work. It's a joke. Now I have to try and get the $39 bucks back and a bank claim can take 99 days.
@PoolarityChannel are the 'contacts ' the 2 little oval shaped pads that come with it, along with NO mention anywhere of what, where & how I'm supposed to do with them??? Ohhhh the frustration & confusion is very real.
I got took for $157 CND. This piece of shite doesn't even make a nice looking place mat. That round controller will turn on, but seconds later displays '0', then shuts off entirely. BUYER BEWARE! Maybe a mat for a pet's water and food dishes?
