So THAT'S what you're supposed to do on that bike! I've had mine for about 8 months and have just ridden mine on trails. Of course, that's all I know how to do so I'll just stick with it, lol. Awesome riding!
Sweet video, always awesome to see you ride new stuff. How's the motors engagement for pedal kicks? I've heard mixed from other riders on different bikes?
It’s the best I’ve tried on an ebike. You do have to wait for it but it is consistent and quicker than other ones. Not sure if there are better ones though since I haven’t tried them all. Thats definitely taking some getting used to.
@@PatSmage Were you at AV Monday? I was riding and saw a vehicle by the enduro area. That bike looks really good. It has the CX-R motor. EMTB's sure are a lot of fun.
@@mikenimmick3920 Yep that was me. I have been working on getting that area ready for an RC event, and getting some riding in of course. The bosch motor is really nice. Smooth, controllable, and powerful.
Thanks! Definitely not easy but a lot of fun. I wish they started shipping with the wireless kit earlier, dang it, haha. Looks like a nice upgrade but I haven’t used it to know if it’s worth upgrading what is on it. Maybe something to consider when it wears out but this setup has been working pretty well so far.
Love it Smage! I have a Specialized turbo levo and an OSET24; electric bikes, motos, it’s all shades of grey now. I’m loving it. Looking forward to the new OSET, you had a chance to ride a prototype yet?
Well I get them with all my bikes since I try to pedal just about everywhere at times. The Oso definitely sits pretty low so you do have to watch it a bit more than some other bikes but you can get used to it and make some adjustments if needed. Running less sag helped. I’m going to try some 155mm cranks too. The big wide flat pedals I’m running don’t help though. The low bb does feel great for traction and stability so it’s a bit of a trade off.
I haven't ridden one of those but I am sure I could do some of these moves on it. Definitely not all of them though because I needed the E power to make them.
@@PatSmage I meant the powerplay models, I ask specifically on these models since they have a different type of motor , though more powerful but power delivery is different
Awesome bike! I checked the bike and comes with a very low bottom bracket, did you increase fork travel to deal with pedal strikes? Anyways, awesome bike!
