Cool looks good. I have been using ver 3.9 in some recent builds and it`s a pain in the ass to setup or duplicate again using a PC but this looks much better especially the DOlphin emu as I use 922x chipsets

Hi. I updated my console x max. Every Thing is fine.. but i cant sort the games in the System folder oder favorite folder. They looked randomly ..and i would like sort by alphabet. I dont find it in the menu.. and the menu by pressing select did not open any more. ..can i change a setting or Config data ? Wich and what have i change for this? Can some one help? I thought i can change the order by changing the "sortname" but nothing happens... plx help

Check the video description. Get a 905x3 tv box- RetroStation is a 905x3 2gb - exactly the same. 4gb version also has 1gb network card.

I have a 256gb sd card I updated it from the super console x in wifi but I have no space on my card yet I haven't touched anything

Hi was just after some help if possible. I've downloaded driver 76 for tge psp and when it starts up it's running at 90 fps and is running rely slow to the point its unplayable, is there anything I can do to remedy this. Many thanks

You can put frame skip on to 1 or 2, but you don't have enough power to run psp on this system. You can upgrade to at least a 905x3 and I reckon it'd run fast enough to be playable. Check link in description.

Hi I've got an update on the box that says 3.9. Is it easy to do as I'm petrified of messing the contents of the card. Tia

3.9 is the best match for the card. 4.0 is only recommended for those with > 2gb tbh. There are teething issues too, as it's a new release on a new architecture.

My update worked with in the system but said not enough memory I got the 256gb sd card and might use a bigger card or can I use a external usb hard drive and can the ram be upgraded

That means it didn't work. We've made a video on how to install it to the console x and on any compatible amlogic box. Please check them out, note the update to 4 isn't possible by using the update in emuelec.. you must reinstall. You cannot upgrade memory. You need to purchase another box. I suggest the hk1 box we reviewed on an earlier video.

Hi, On the Github page for Emuelec 4.0, it shows multiple assets versions for different systems. Which version for the "Console X" would be compatible? If someone can clarify this please. Many Thanks.

Also... When the firmware is flashed to the micro sdcard, will I have to create a new partition and adjust its size (as done on previously versions) or will it do it automatically (creates and adjusts new partition automatically) when put into the powered on console x..? Many Thanks.

@@RodnySeastarer4921 on the first boot, emuelec does it all for you ... Resizes the fat32 partition to the size of the microsd. Fairly hands off

I have an old pc running Windows 7, apparently I need Windows 10 to swap and view files, any tips you can give, please?

You should be able to mess with files no matter what the OS. Windows 7 is pretty boss, if you don't update it. ;)

They get added with each version of emuelec, known as "cores". You can update emuelec or sideload them in android (install APK)

I've been trying to add games n64 no mercy. I put the file in roms but although they show up in the list I just get a black screen when it launches. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Many thanks
