CEO of happy sweets studio, a popular sweets class in Tokyo, Japan that does not use kitchen scales.
I wanted to get a job which would make people happy and decided to be a pastry chef.
The total number of my students is over 6,000, and also have been handling a lot of product development and confectionery guidance for companies and stores.
My supervised cookbook "Delicious sweets without kitchen scales (Takahashi Shoten)" received a great response, with over 10,000 copies being published in two weeks and being the first on Amazon ranking.
With qualifications such as Master Instructor of Brilliant Babies Academy and MIIKU Professional, I am offering the gentle sweets recipes that "improve self-affirmation & develop talent" of children.
I gave birth to my first son (with Down's syndrome) in 2019.
By enjoying child-rearing happily, I am aiming to change the image of "disability = poor" and to realize a "symbiotic society" where everyone can live staying true to theirselvs.
My motto is "Making sweets is to make loved one happy".
