Emulsion Remover Dried when Reclaiming Screen 

theres a few solutions. first i use a dip tank to reclaim, made by easiway. let it soak over night and it usually comes out, with a bit of force from the pressure washer. second is a stronger reclaimer. again i go back to easiway, they sell highly concentrated emulsion removers, like 500 stencil reclaimer, which is a 50:1, but they have several options. i personally use their supra, which is a 5:1, as its what i use in the dip tank, so you can use that cut 1:1 for a very strong release. i pruchased several screens from a out of work printer, and they were very stubborn, and this method workd with ease.
