Ryan at Texsource demonstrates easy screen reclaim using products from Easiway.
The products used are -
Easiway 842 Screen and Press Wash. This is an excellent product for removing ink from screens and can be used 'on-press' for quick color changes.
Easiway EasiStrip. This is a powerful yet economical emulsion remover that breaks down stencils fast.
Easiway 701. This product will remove any dirt, grease, grime, and haze that may be left after using the previous chemicals.

Haze removes the image that's burned into the screen. It'll remove ink too if you let it sit for 10-15 minutes before power washing it off. We use h/c100 haze image remover

My screens won’t wash out (reclaim)... why? I’m using emulsion stripper. I’ve done it before. Why this time they’re not washing out entirely?

Hello. I am a graphics/ screen print teacher in high school. When we use the easistrip with a spray kids would cough like crazy. My self included. We were told it wasn’t meant to be sprayed and that we should squirt it on with a gooseneck. Have you ever had that issue with the mist causing issues with breathing?

It dissolves ink, it's not meant to be inhaled, you should wear masks and gloves to do this kind of tasks, your reaction to the chemicals is a natural reaction, please wear masks. In our shop we print ton of stuff, not just garnets and the chemicals used to recover screens have a strong odor, this due to the solvent evaporating in the air, we use maks like the ones that are used in biohazard areas and chemical resistant gloves, if you print only garnets just use a simple mask and latex gloves but if you print plastics or glass, I suggest you to use protective clothes
