@@memetunestudio very extensive system. Is the SEM filter a custom filter? How does it differ from the UAFs? Also,do you use the resonator much? Do you ever wish you had another resonator or two?
@@ozhalljr Yes the SEM is a custom module, and is quite different from the UAF, as the UAF has notch (good for phasing type sounds). The resonator is really cool too - I modded mine so the mixer near to it acts a a voltage control for all the cutoff freeqs. So its a fully cv-able filter now
Thanks FDC. Over the years its had lots of ongoing work done - the submodules are quite a pain - but easy to swap out if you have a good contact 😁(I'm friends with Tony Wride and he has helped me a lot). Also Any at EMIS fixed the incredibly difficult to fix digital sequencer - all the quantising is done with millions of resistors - a complete nightmare and theres no schematics for the early stuff (made in Emu's garage in the early 70s). And finding the analog sequencer modules and some of the more esoteric things has been a real journey. But I think the Emu modular is one of the best system ever designed, and I'm so proud of it
