Topson was clearly the MVP of this match up. His Dawnbreaker is Godlike but that VS in his 1st game is Legendary. He carried so hard in the first game. GG.
All of OG players are stars and I have been really impressed with Saksa's plays over and over man. He is like a second mid player. He is so damn clutch and precise sometimes he can really turn fights by clutching dodge and plays like a mid can but on position 4. He can is such a great enabler for whoever he is with to shine.
I feel like his Void Spirit in Game 1 was more impressive. He styled his way for a comeback, really hard to pull off and he came clutch with picking off heroes.

He really did, he played excellent Dota. His positioning was great, he was farming when he should be farming, he got kills when it counts. It’s just one team outplaying and outdrafting the other in this series. And of course the Topson Effect was in full force.
Before he was just meme-ing and having fun bomb-diving enemy team, kind of like he is trying to fill up void left by Jerax. But then he reads all the comment bashing him and realize "oh shit, I am pos 2 better act like one now, ok..." then that's what happen - no stupid diving and just being serious.

Context for other people: Much of Quincy crew squad was earlier in Newbee, which was earlier in VGJ Storm. TI8 VGJ Storm got pushed into lower bracket by OG in the first round. TI9 Newbee got pushed into lower bracket by OG in first round. This time the same squad faced against OG in lower bracket, got pushed out of it by OG.
because Topson is OG's mid. They winning two TI with this position (Ana and Jerax play pos1/carry and pos4/soft support respectively). And because Ana and Jerax already retired, they need to find people who can play pos1/carry and pos4/soft support. And they recruit Sumail to play as their carry. Well Sumail great at mid too but Topson's mid play style is more suitable with OG style.
technically, sumail come in to replace ana which leave position 1. that is the main answer. you can't simply ask topson to change role as he in mid position over the years
