Yesterday I watched a movie "Hemingway and Gellhorn". Big part of it took place during Spanish Civil War. There was a phrase which I remembered, referring to the end of this civil war. "Defeat of Spain". I only laughed and asked myself: "What defeat? This was a glorious victory!"
The Leftists are seething that they didn't win the war...that's it. I don't like Nationalists, but I hate the whole Leftist package much more. The prevalence of Absolute Monarchy would have preserved the Catholic Faith and prevented Liberals of any kind getting into power.
I really like how the silent interlude featured all the hard working people that produce the real product for the nations!!! Workers are the backbones of any economy!!!
@@mewhenyourmomDDLSverdad. solo mira nuestra historia.
This sounds so patriotic, Its good that just like us, You in Spain have great patriotism for your country! Love From Shinchoku! (Descendants Of Japan) ❤💛💚🖤⛩🗾🏯
Glory to Spain! I really like this country, anthem, food and many more things. God bless Spain, God bless the spanish people, God bless Philip VI.! Greetings and love from Czech republic 🇨🇿❤️🇪🇸
1:00 2:22 I regularly see drawings in this style when things come to Francoist Spain, but I still don't know who's the artist. Anyone knows? I really like how they draw people.
It only took him three years of ineficiently sacrificing his own troops, letting the germans and the italians test their planes over the civil population, and slowly but bloodly killing half a million spaniards who defended the legitime democratic government, and that wanted to live in a country with individual and social rights, against a traditionalist and religious society, and Franco’s nostalgic views about an imperial past that collapsed fourty years ago, back then. It also took him to jail and to exile another half a million. The victims of the Spanish Civil at the hands of the left, including the their victims to union gunners and other political motivations, in the social conflictivity the years before the war, it’s around a hundred fifty thousand people. Less than a fifth part, even if we don’t count those who were killed at the hands of the gunners of the landlords and industrialists, and at the hands of the right, traditionalist and fascist movements, such as la Falange, during the years of conflictivity during the Second Republic. But thank you for showing your disrespect for democracy.
And for things like that is why decent human beings would feel reluctant to support those who fight to preserve Ukraine's sovereignty, althougth seeing Russian invasion as unlawful and despicable: The fact that many of Ukranian patriots are openly fascists.
@adrian4596 You expected a civil war to be fixed in a few years? And please don't talk of the Francoist Spain like if it was some kind of communist state to end up starving (Much like the way of the Republic after selling the Spanish gold and "dignity" they had in a vain and desperate effort to the soviets)
