Honestly, i think this is one of the best songs from the whole movie. It's oddly relatable and so moving and heart-jerking. All I wish is that we got to see a reprise of it when she was finally granted that miracle

I really, really love what you did with the rearrangement here. The overall impact of the song is definitely strengthened by putting the "I can't"s first. I also wanted to say that your execution of the words "broken" and "control" is immaculate. I honestly just love this entire piece. There's so much emotion here. Thank you for another beautiful Encanto cover. You made it your own, and it is completely worthy of every effort that was given.

This is such an epic version of the song, I'm IN LOVE with how your voice sounds on the track and it has such good longing emotion in it. Thank you for this, definitely one of those songs to loop when you need a specific mood. Also, gonna out myself-- I was looking for songs to put on a (male) character's playlist, found this one and Surface Pressure from the soundtrack, and jokingly said "Why hasn't Caleb answered my prayers already and done a version." I was content with the sister version of Surface pressure, but THEN you slapped us with the brother version AND this in close succession and now the playlist feels more correct. All I need now is Waiting in the Wings from Tangled and I'll have all of the Infinity Stones. Big love, and thank you again for your work~
