You can farm for Enclave Plasma Guns at the Steel Dawn's Enclave Research Station. The Scorched Officers there respawn and they are armed with the Enclave Plasma Guns!

The ammo you get at end of daily ops is based on what weapon you have in your hand at end of event. You can use any wep you want but if your running low on one switch to it before you complete ops to get the ammo as a reward at end.

I found someone selling an Aligned Flamer Barrel for these guns for 15 caps. Safe to say I bought it immediately.

I’ve been a huge fan of the flamer plasma pistols for a while, as soon as I heard that the enclave version could be rolled, I immediately started trying to find the flamer for it. The server hopping is real though and brings me back to when mutation serums were rare lol!

You can also Complete Radiation Rumble for a low chance of dropping Enclave Mods and also you can dig mounds by following all the Cranberry Bog Treasures Maps.

I'm going to call it now. Bethesda is going to nerf this weapon before they nerf legacies.

The sad thing is that I know I have sold or scrapped a bunch of these weapons, pistols or rifles because I wasn't interested in Plasma weapons.

Quad gives you 96 extra. It was the first "decent" roll I got on mine because it also had the +50 resistance when aiming and +25% damage when aiming.

Saw this vid yesterday, after years of just selling or scrapping enclave plasma. Signed on, immediately did Dropped Connection, got an Enclave plasma rifle with the flamer mod in the loot. Working on my build now. Thanks.

It's really nice seeing this come up as a meta after all these years. Ive been using a regular Plasma Flamer for a long time, I was confused coming back from not playing to see everyone and their mom using these. IMO it's best used as a pistol to free up the Perception glowing/insect/anti armor perks. Making it prime is a must for ammo without Daily Ops, but it does so much damage you almost always get more back than you used.

I have two of these. They are really really good. A vampire and an executioner. I want anti-armor though. I am running it with vanguard high health build....now the enemies hear the boss music when I come around.

Only took me 30 minutes of hopping watoga to get the flamer mod and a couple of sights. Great vid!

Hello Mr.Turtle, love watching your videos! I don't know if it was updated later but i actually came across a loose short night vision scope mod in the Lewisburg Station vendor inventory. The wiki says sight mods can be rarely found in vendors in The Mire, Savage Divide and Ash Heap regions. I know you don't trust anything you haven't seen with your turtle eyes but be warned: it seems the chance for these to appear in a vendor is very small and it is a tedious process of hopping servers if you want to confirm this yourself :D

I think the slug buster is a very Good Option wenn you dont wanna Grind for it. it have a hidden 4 Perk -20 ap cost.

aligned flamer barrel i found in watoga trainstation or watoga shopping plaza this took many trys 40+ and you can get a rifle on event dropped connection if it drops a reflex sight and stabilized stock that decend enough

Super happy, bought aligned flamer mod at Watoga vendor and now have a legendary vampire prime flamer enclave rifle! And the next day from dropped event a rifle with flamer mod attached dropped!

First roll and it became Bloodied with 25% Dmg Aim.. Not perfect but.. it really melts anything. My biggest problem with it is only the durability. Damn this weapon.. melts through Ammo like it melts through itself.

I have one with anti armor and fire rate. I killed a Earl within 6 minutes

Enclave Plasma Rifle is an absolute beast. Found one with the rifle stock and reflex sight at MODUS Whitespring bunker, and another from a Dropped Connection event. Got the prime capacitor plan from SBQ event. Neither the aligned sniper barrel nor the flamer barrel mods exist in my game, I've been searching for nearly 2 months as part of my daily routine with no luck. The stabilized sniper barrel is still very good, especially if you can roll VATS 25, but unfortunately I haven't been so lucky. I did roll an Instigating VATS 50 which is amazing for clearing trash enemies, and an Aristocrat's VATS CRITS 50/15 for bosses after I pop my Overdrive + Psychotats + High Voltage Hefe + Canned Coffee. This is the only gun I have found that even comes close to the Fixer for a Rifleman build. It's so good that I purchased the Grounded serum recipe so that I can always have access to full energy weapon damage while keeping +100 energy resistance. As noted I also made sure to get the High Voltage Hefe recipe from BIV's daily drunkard quests.

I went and grabbed one of the base weapons from the enclave. Now I can finish watching your video and dream of the day. Also it was mole minor scavenger day. I cleaned out the vending machine of script, filled my stash and my onboard storage to the max. Can't play anymore now given that. They must have found the fun switch for the private servers and flipped it. I had tons of fun today with mole minor scavengers and quests. I had not seen a single mole miner scavenger since Memorial Day.

It's because there's dupers on your server trying to crash it like everybody else only way to keep it from happening is go to a private server fallout first

You can actually get one from the transmission station 1AT-U03 from scorched enclave scientists they only have the short pistols but the guy in the power armor has one even with the stock.

Currently mine is an Enclave Flamer with Aristocrats, AP refill on kill, and breaks 50% slower. Now I'm working on trying to get a bloodied, and vampires.

Thanks again for a good review. I've been using the enclave weapons for a long while now and the damage and accuracy are way better than the other energy weapons. Now they can be rolled people seem to want them. I'm yet to see a mod box drop for them, get the Betawave tuners at Watoga for more damage and bigger clip size. Dropped connection at Berkeley Springs is a better drop chance for flamer. I've got about 6 there. Watoga drop not so good. The only problem with the flamer is it breaks too quickly and like you said chews up the carts.

Damn i got it and my first legendary roll was a 5% Mutation dmg and 25% speed. It total blew my mind how powerful it is. Just I have to get myself more tanky now because the short range.

Glad this gun is getting some love. Something about that Enclave paint was so cool. I used it for roleplay means on my Enclave character, now it’s able to pack the ultimate punch.

Literally my first try and I got a true flamer barreled stabilized stock reflex sighted enclave plasma rifle.

actually managed to find one with stabilized stock and reflex sight at the production terminal at the Enclave. Took forever, but at least I have my flamer!

You guys don't remember getting the Slug Buster and the Captain Noob video that showed you how to turn it into a flamer plasma gun..........it just melts things. Lol

There is a severe lack of availability of mods for the Enclave Plasma Gun, really wish the mods was sold by the Enclave vendor.

Watoga Station bot was selling the enclave flamer barrel for around 100 caps. Just got it after server hopping.

But what really makes the weapon strong are the buffs. Maybe I don't consume that many to kill him in a few seconds, but I saw that I do more damage with my B50c25 regular plasma than others who were with me with their enclave flamer plasma. But yeah, the enclave is a bit stronger on its base stats.

I server hoped for 4 hours straight at wetoga station and after 4 hours got flamer barrell

I tried grinding for the EPlasma with the flamer barrel by server hopping the Dropped Connection event. Got a few guns but not one with the flamer barrel. My friends got it tho, back to grinding

Plasma guns are underrated even without the flamer barrel. Especially if you get one with a faster fire rate. I have a junkies FFR that just melts EVERYTHING instantly even with the automatic barrel.

I have an Anti-Armor standard flamer plasma rifle and it seems to do pretty well. Not sure how much the anti-armor helps for colossus though.

I just got back into FO76 and used to collect these enclave plasma weapons like candy. I didn't realise the value and decided just yesterday I didn't want them anymore so I scrapped them all. Sad.

OMG for weeks I've been server hopping doing enclave events, going to player vendors and checking vendor at Watoga only to not get the aligned flamer barrel mod. I finally found one Today by accident at Watoga Station that someone had sold. I'm so happy I finally got the enclaved version! lols

I rolled 5 enclave plasma rifles last night. On my 3rd roll I got a bloodied ffr, breaks 50% slower. Just need to get the flamer mod and I'll be ready to melt everything.

Been farming watoga bot and Phoenix and dropped connection for 20 hours. Still no barrel aside sniper barrels.

I have two short night vision scope box mods for the enclave plasma gun. So at least one sight is available as a box mod.

I have been using an Anti-armor 25% faster fire rate plasma flamer for a while now. I did check out the Enclave plasma rifle and attached the aligned flamer mod. The difference in damage is not much. Plasma flamer (65/75) vs Enclave (72/84) with my perks. On my first roll for legendary mods for the Enclave I did get an Anti-armor mod. I have the reflex sight on my plasma rifle and prefer that to not having one on the Enclave rifle. I have been checking out the different legendary mods for this weapon and I think the Anti-armor and Two-shot faster fire rate are the best. The Mutated legendary mod is a close second if you can't get either of the other two. Which gives a you a damage boost based on the number of your mutations.

Lets hope it doesnt glitch when you free aim shoot multiple enemies haha, i remember the original plasma flamer doing it to me when i was doing primal cuts.

I found the sights (Long night vision scope) as box mod but haven't seen the flamer mod yet.. have been server jumping for a few hours now, i guess it is super rare for the vendors to have enclave stuff

At least one sight you can buy in a box mod, i found a short night vision scope for sale from watoga shopping center.

All my god roll plasmas are pretty worthless now, as everyone wants enclave versions instead!

I got a quad, 25% damage while aiming, and 15% reload speed And Two shot, ffr, and breaks 50% slower These are great pews!

I got a true flamer version with reflex sight from dropped connection, rolled it into a 2 shot 50% vats faster reload version. It handles like an automatic, but it’s only affected by rifleman perks?

I have a furious plasma flamer, (not enclave) that I've had for years, and that thing has always been op even more so with the most recent patch. Eats through ammo like crazy though, so it's a special occasion wepon. Im pretty sure that you can't get a furious role on them anymore, so even if I opt to get an enclave rifle, I'm never getting rid of my trophy gun.

I was able to get a Furious/+1 Per/+25 aiming damage Enclave plasma rifle, with the flamer barrel today, from a player vendor, for 8k caps, YES! Been having a ball playing with it all day, LOL!

Not sure if anyone asked that, till where I looked, nobody seems to wonder about that. "0:18 - With this weapon is possible to kill colossos in 18 seconds". Well, I used my flamer on colossos several times and didn't do much different from my other weapons. If is not much to ask could you enlighten me on how is that possible? Once again. Even if they weren't different the Enclave looks better imo, and my standard Plasma with Mu/ffr/250r is already my fav choice for those pesky daily ops.

I’ve been running with the Enclave Flamer Barrel for a bit today and 3 things stick out to where I’m not sure it’s something I want to run with. 1) It’s for a rifleman build which I’m not 2) The range with the flamer barrel is pretty short and 3) the durability is pretty bad.

I have enjoyed your voice and content so much I watched two different adds all the way through, just for you. Also, about the ammo expense. I keep a .38 Fixer for dailies and grinding over world mobs, rad rats, roaches etc, and only pull my main weapon whenever it counts. You could do the same with this one.

So there's the Plasma Rifle and Enclave Plasma Rifle. I keep seeing people say change your capacitor to Calibrated Beta Wave Tuner to add more flame damage to your Aligned Flamer Barrel but yet I don't think that's right. You cannot have the Calibrated Beta wave Tuner capacitor for Enclave Plasma Rifle, only the regular Plasma Rifle.

Kinda funny that everyone will be farming dropped connection when dupers are causing server issues

Rolled a 3*** aristocracts, +aiming dmg, +250DR while reloading or +1 end i forget Enclave Plasma rifle. Not the best, but acceptable for now, and rolled it into Prime. As much as I hate energy weapons, gonna have to give it a shot.

Does it work in stealth like the og flamer?

I have to say converting a Slug Buster with flame barrel might be a better solution with miniscule loss of damage and little grind ... 64 ballistic / 73 energy dmg without rifleman perks 80 ballistic /97 energy dmg with 8 ranks of rifleman perks Of course, you're stuck with the legendary effects already given but it's 4 fairly decent legendary effects. My 2 cents.

I traded for a flamer mod today then joined a new server. Joined the enclave disconnection event and when I spawned at the event it auto complete and gave me the enclave plasma rifle with reflex sight. Got the mod and gun in the Space of 5 minutes. Needless to say I’ll be putting the lottery on this weekend 😂😂😂

Yea. I've have a bloodied version of the normal plasma gun with 25FR and fast reload. It's great and all. An absolute fucking tank and it just rekts everything. I just have some major points with this weapon particular ((personal experience) that being you actually get this): 1. Requires close combat. This is hell if your internet is, prepare to die so fucking quickly that your body will be launched across the map. 2. Ammo is a problem, unless you are okay with grinding out ingredients you will be (most likely) be okay, if you are a casual daily ops is your new vendor/BFF and just a warning, you might come out of daily ops with a loss of ammo it really depends on how you use it/the mutations. 3. You will obliterate in PvP, be prepared to be called an hacker. And finally! don't be a cunt, let others get a tag in on bosses. Thanks for reading, this is just my experience and recommendations. Take this as you as you like.

Just rolled an automatic with ReflexSight Vampire-DMGAiming-BreakSlower. Now, time to find the flame barrel for it. And surprisingly a Two shot automatic version doesn't suffer the Accuracy loss in VATS (Plasma gun have very high base accuracy i think) much as my TS-FR Fixer, but the AP cost per shot is much higher than Fixer even with 25%AP reduce and ReflexSight on it.
