In one interview Biden said he had been trying to stay awake. I have had the experience of being so tired and overwhelmed that I almost fell asleep on my feet and definitely lost consciousness for a couple of seconds. Looking back at the interview, I can well believe that that's what happened to him. It's weird experience and normally I would think it's not possible ... but it happened to me and I never was under the kind of pressure that he is - and I was 40 years younger. Just my tuppence worth.

Dont envy our warm weather here in the western USA. We are suffering a heat wave. 120° in Las Vegas yesterday. A Motorcyclist died in Death Valley from the heat and another was flown out to hospital for heat exhaustion. It's absolutely soul sucking from about 9 AM till 5:30 PM. Lows that won't drop below 90°. Biden is his age and doing pretty well compare to other people around me who are in their 60s and 70s and cannot do half of what Biden is doing. So I am not worried one bit about his fitness. I hope I'll be as fit as he is when I am his age and I am 43 today. Go Biden! You got this! Let the blue wave take place. Plus, blue is my favorite color! Vote blue friends! Vote for democracy! Thank you, Ellie. The night before the debate with Trump. President Biden was at a fund raiser abroad. Flew all night at 80 with a cold ,and still debated Trump. I think President Biden did fine. The equipment did seem off. As well as the modiraters were a bit unfair. 🎉

Joe needs to have a lot of police and military guarding the White House and congress from nov 4 th thru Jan 6. Joe also needs to use that free immunity for more ways to combat all of the corruption on Supreme Court and all of trump’s followers that will do anything to hurt democracy.

Also Elli,would you look into if we are ever going to go back to journalist just being journalist and telling us the facts and not commentators trying to tell us what to think I stoped watching cable news but I think it’s a much bigger problem and I’m not seeing how we can get out of it when there’s so much money involved
