Gomchwi 2kg, Onion 5ea, Cheongyang pepper 10ea
Soy sauce 1L, sugar 1kg, vinegar 1L, water 2L, soju 1 cup

1) Wash and prepare the vegetables.
2) Blanch gomchwi in boiling water with a little salt, and drain only the water on a colander (do not rinse in cold water)
3) Prepare the onion by cutting it into bite-size pieces
4) Put soy sauce, sugar, water, and cheongyang red pepper in a pot and bring to a boil.
5) When the sugar dissolves, add soju and vinegar and cool to room temperature.
6) Put gomchwi and onion in each container, pour cooled seasoning sauce and keep refrigerated.
