[Cabbage Kimchi Ingredients]
1kg cabbage, 500g radish, 3 cucumbers, 500g red chili, 100g whole garlic, 150g onion,
300g pear, 150g apple,
1t rice flour, 6 cups of water, 2t vinegar, 1t sugar, 2t fish sauce, 3t sel de fleur
[Cabbage Kimchi Recipe]
1) After separating glutinous rice flour and water, pour in boiling water to cool.
2) Cut half a cabbage into bite-sized pieces and wash thoroughly.
3) Cut the washed cucumber into rounds.
4) Put the sliced vegetables in a spoon and marinate them for 10 minutes with sugar, anchovy sauce, vinegar, and sel de fleur.
5) Grind red pepper, whole garlic, onion, apple, and pear to make seasoning
6) Pour the pickled vegetables into the container, put the seasoning in a linen cloth, squeeze it tightly and filter out the ingredients.
7) Pour in the cooled glutinous rice water and mix well.
