End The Awkward with Raw Ability Life [Part 1] (21-3-18) 

Scopes Campaign to #EndTheAwkward has been running for some time now. In that time they have changed people’s opinions about disabled people and helped other disabled people feel not so alone. Today we share some of our stories of life as we answer the ‘End the Awkward’ Questions. There is a section during the recording that we use string words that can be offensive and maybe not suitable for young ears. However it was needed to explain things. A warning is provided and option to skip this section.
We felt very strongly we needed to do this in 2 sections as the second section is more of a mature subject and one we both felt a little more ‘awkward’ doing. The second Section will be realised tomorrow. With a parental advisory guide to it. Due to one subject bring up an important equality fight Stacey had to face we feel it is very important we separated the last section for these 2 reasons.
The best way to #EndTheAwkward is to bring down the barrios one by one and we hope to do help do that. If sharing our experiences and stories helps only one person we have achieved that!
There is a 4th section on the #EndTheAwkward, to do with Working. However as Stacey does not work it felt unappropriated to answer these questions so we have left them out. We will make all questions readily available in our blog for any other disabled person who wishes to do them.
