I can't believe you can do all those different events. I would be exhausted probably doing ONE, even with unaltered limbs. I bet you're right that the altitude does help with the cardio.
I'm glad you were able to do and have a great time! It's always nice to see a new video from you. As a veteran of many road trips across the country, I always had intentions of doing video commentary along the way. It never seemed to work out that I would have anything consistent. Somehow, just traveling and enjoying the road was always more important. Kansas has its own unique beauty even though it's relatively flat and the roads tend to be straight. I finally made it to Oklahoma City on my last major trip. I'd always wanted to visit the Federal Building Memorial. It's definitely worth a visit if you ever get there again.
