It makes me very nostalgic that the ending was exactly like the original movies, the triumphant exit of the original ghostbusters and the new ones is too epic. And also Ray Parker's song gave me a chill listening to it again, it was a chill of nostalgia and emotion.

I'm quite surprised that it actually took 40 years to bring Walter Pack back or that the producers of frozen 🥶🌨️❄️ empire never thought of having him team up with Jack Hardemeyer from Ghostbusters 2 to try to shut down the Ghostbusters 👻🚫. If they did they could think of a similar insulting nickname for Jack just like they called Walter 'Dickless'. I'm guessing they didn't think to bring Kurt Fuller back to the role of Jack.

@@tomspence8506 Well, they went with Peck because he’s the original heel character of the Ghostbusters from the first movie that people remember more, while Jack Hardemeyer was only the sequel heel character.

Apparently William Atherton who played Walter Peck did not want to return as Peck for Ghostbusters II because Ghostbusters fans would shout 'dickless' at him whenever we got on a bus 🚌 which probably explains why the Jack Hardemayer character was created for Ghostbusters II.

I'm glad he came back for Frozen ❄️🌨️🥶 Empire, but it's a shame they didn't bring back Louis Tully or Dana Barrett because Rick Moranis quit acting in movies 📽️ after his wife died and Sigourney Weaver wasn't actually asked to come back, although Dana was referenced on a billboard outside the New York 🗽 public library 📚📖📘 when Ray, Phoebe and Podcast though against the stone lion 🦁 statues.

I know. It never made sense how Peck became mayor, I wish this was explained in the movie why anybody would vote for Peck, since he’s so odious. I had to come up with my own theories, that when he was part of the EPA he ran on cleaning up the pollution in New York and he came through with that promise which is the only reason I can think of people would vote for him.

I love Ghostbusters, but Peck had the right to be adversarial. GB were running around unchecked, given the weapons they were packing, that was unwise. I will never dislike Peck. Given the existence of Ghosts, etc, why is there only one active Ghostbuster unit? Why is the unit filled with children and people who should be retired?

Sorry, but Peck is a clown like Peter said, since he made it real hard in the beginning to stop Garraka, and the Ghostbusters just got lucky they saved the day once again without his help, and plus people take a ghost exterminating business not seriously as it is even when multiple times the public gave up on the Ghostbusters.

Ghostbusters deserved better. This movie was the equivalent of the RIse of Skywalker. All nostalgia bait, and a rehash of the originals, except they added a bunch of token minorities and women for the "modern audience". Nothing in this movie was original or inspired. I preferred Afterlife because at least it was a fresh idea to follow the unknown granddaughter of Egon, who I thought was cast perfectly.

I liked the idea of a new villain. There's plenty out there. Don't get me wrong there's a couple things they didn't need. But overall it's supposed to be fun. If you want to create something better go for it. If you go to a movie that you had no part in making or writing that you think is going to change your life then you have the problem. Good day.
