DanQZ "I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve." - Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, shortly after the attack at Pearl Harbor
@Petur Dimitrov Well one can debate what overwhelming means however a tactic of the us was to provide strong artillery (and later aircover) for ground operations. It is definitely the case that this tactic largely works. And worked in WW2
The only missions I had difficulty with were I think was 6 with it basically being suicidal to attack head on, and the last mission. The last mission had Nebelwefers EVERYWHERE.
United States: “Fight for Freedom” or “Liberators” Soviet Union: “Sons of the Motherland” Germany: “Iron Legion” or “Cross of Iron” Britain: “Never Surrender” Italy: “For the Glory of Rome” Japan: “Bound by Honor” France: “Defiance to the End” China: “Asian Ally”
Erm, most WWII French tanks were underarmed and slow. Their best tanks were really the SOMUA S35 and the Char B1 Bis. The ARL 44 was never put into mass production and the few made were made after the war. British would be better.
I am 2 years late, but my guy the M26 Pershing was not only used in numbers of 1, the total number issued over the course of the war was somewhere around 200, the number that actually saw fighting is unknown though.
I love this song although it doesn't have the power of the german theme it perfectly represents the united states army in ww2 u know like mechanized units and lots of shermans sweeping into a normandy town under cover of LOTS OF ARTILLERY und kick the wehrmachts ass
