Great video. However, I think you should specify which Diabetes you're talking about. Diabetes mellitus involves insulin and whether the body is making it (if not, type I) or if it just doesn't have the receptors for it (type II); whereas Diabetes insipidus involves too little Anti-diuretic hormone.
Type 2 has a receptor, it just doest recognise the presence of insulin, hence no signal and no receptor tyrosine substrate activation and phosphorylation.
