Thank you for the video Doctor, can I ask you Sir, what size and type of rotating file would you suggest for small cyst (or granuloma) non-surgical removal? Meaning over the apex... (Maxillary molar)
Regenerative endodontic treatment can be done on mature permanent root canal treated teeth. If yes then in your known reference can suggest a endodontics clinic or hospital name for doing this treatment please reply me as soon as possible . .
Hello doctor which solvents would you recommend to use in addition to the H files to help with the removal of the GP (endosolv/ orange oil etc ...) thank you sir 😊
I would recommend using EndoSolv, but only at the end of the procedure to remove remnants of GP and sealer. Using solvent too early reduces the chances of removing the GP mass intact which is the best approach
@@innasokolov5328 hi, im merely a dentist student but here they don't recommend using chloroform bc its toxicity both to patient and the doctor. have a great day.
in this case there is no sealer , that is why the gutta is being easily removed . can we expect the same facility in the presence of a sealer . if not what do you suggest . thank you.
@@bikramdutta1265 I had a cone beam CT scan done and they found an abscess under the root canal. I had it extracted that day. It's been a month and I feel better now. Likely have an implant by next year.
