If you are suffering from disc buldging go first to any physiotherapis near by and take 1-2 month physiotherapy. Surgery for these type of condition is the last option

😄 👏🏻 I feel so happy for her! How is she feeling these days? It’s March 2023 now. I have the same problem and I’ve been doing physical therapy, acupuncture and I have a machine decompress my spine at my chiropractor’s for several months now. It’s been such a slow 🐢 and painful recovery. I need a lot more relief but here in the 🇺🇸 USA , I’ve only heard horror stories when it comes to back surgery. Thank God I have family that helps me because I can’t do much and I’m in pain 24/7. I take Vicodin sparingly but, it only helps a little and for only a few hours. I’m so weary 😞I hate taking pain pills because they give me constipation but I can’t do my exercises without them or ride in a car. I had radiofrequency ablation done in January this year but it only helped a tiny bit. I can’t understand the Indian language in the video but, their body language tells me that the Doctor and man with her is compassionate and the lady was so happy with her surgery.

Usually when a person have disc bulge like lower l4-l5 disc bulge our sciatic nerve which is the largest nerve in body can get damage so a person have difficulty in walking also i read these things before 1 year ago

Sir, what will be cost of this operation...? My aunt undergone this operation nearly 1.5 yrs ago with around 1 lakh. But her prblm is not resolved yet.that Doctor is saying it takes more time to set n needs physiotherapy ,medication etc. Now She is in a position to move nowhere.she needs a person for her basic needs also. Could u plz suggest what could be d reasons. Suggest us to relieve her from pain.

Sir I am satyam kumar just saw ur videos on slip disk. I am suffering from l5 s1 slip disk from 2013 . In 2013 mri report said it's minor disc bulge at l4-l5 and l5 s1. During these years pain was not severe but now it gets worse when i try to sit on chair for study it feels like something is elevated at the nodes(two deep points near the waist) and its paining,during all these years i sleep on my sides.could you please share Ur opinion on this about it's severity or what is happening in that area.my one side hip also starts paining when i sit on chair or any hard surface and pain radiates to the leg and toe and heel also hurts. Please help!!

Hello doctor I'm from Tamilnadu.my l4 - 5 disc pulged right leg.doctor asked operation.can possible cure without surgery sir.

Sir I am suffering from sciatica from past 2 years. I dont have too much issues. i can do my regular activities without much of a pain but the main issue is that I was physically active person earlier, I used to run for about 4 kms daily, always did pushups crunches etc and I want my that life back that's why I am thinking of surgery. Sir can please ensure me that having this surgery will make my life normal as earlier or anyone who have this kind of surgery and was able to do physically intensive excercises again.

I been suffering from constant paine for 5 year's.I herniated discs on L4,L5 & S1.It has taken over my life cause brutal pain that doesn't go away 😢
