With only one week to go, it's time to step ut the endurance game for Arco. Today I will show you one way to do it that doesn't involve tying into a rope.

I think the blogs are excellent. I am really enjoying them and they have inspired me to get back in to climbing. Not only is the content interesting but the editing is amazing. Please keep them going and thanks for taking the time to do them.

Good job with the vlog! Would be super cool if you included more local strong climbers in the vlog. Session with the young guns and the old local legends. That would add a lot more energy to the vlog, and a better perspective on how hard the routes/moves are.

I really love seeing details of your training, I would appreciate a lot if you could mention the exact details, like e.g. how many sets you did of the endurence circles and maybe also a short note why, so that people can learn something to structure their own training.

I've been looking for videos like this I started climbing year ago and watching you is a great motivation makes me train harder (and smarter like those legs). also question: do you train your legs like sit-ups or sth? can you do a one leg sit-up?

Thank you! I don't train my legs, except a run once in a while and some hiking to the crag. I can do a one leg sit-up, but not much more..

Thank you! I haven't trained TRX or resistant bands in a while. I generally prefer exercises that you can do without and equiptment, just on a flat surface.

Good video! It si interesting to see how you do yours trainning sessions day by day, it would be great to see if you can add subtitles (english or spanish), keep in that way

Magnus excellent video as always! How pumped are you on the endurance route? Is this like an arc climb (endurance training) where you stay at a manageable pump? When I try to climb that long I find myself having to grab super large jugs and shaking out frequently. Then again I don't climb at a pro level like you!

Halla Magnus! Jeg er en alpinist som er gira på bli bedre i klatring og ikke minst sterkere, men jeg har store lår og mye masse, og derfor veier ganske mye (97kg), hvordan typer trening foreslår du for meg fremover til å bli en bedre klatrer?

Hei, Fingerstyrken er det svakeste leddet for de fleste klatrere, spesielt hvis man er litt tyngre. Ville derfor fokusert på fingerstyrke. Begynn rolig, for å unngå skader og trapp opp gradvis..

Hi Magnus how you dealing with skin ? are you using something for keep you skin in good condition ? sometimes my skin just burn when i am climbing more days. Or any cheat to make your skin more resistant. Cheers !

I use Antihydral to make it dryer and I feel it makes it more resistant.

Hi guys, your vlogs have inspired me to give rock climbing and bouldering a go, I was just curious though I am 6ft 3.5inch and 80kg is this too tall and heavy for climbing or does that even matter?

It's something I agreed on with the rest of the owners to not scare away other people. It will be allowed in the training room though. And maybe with time I can convince them to change the rule for the rest of the gym..

You could make it so you can climb shirtless if you can climb 7c boulder !

It's not allowed in the gym (lead climbing gym) where I climb (Italy) too. There are people who sweat more than others and sweat drops would fall from them on the wall, the holds and on the ground while climbing and that's not really hygienic. The shirt will absorbe those drops. In a boulder gym it makes less sense because the time you climb is far shorter than in lead climbing and you are not going to sweat so much.
