I was given morphine many years ago after major surgery. I have just tried this out for whole body pain - I listened for ten minutes and it feels like the pain has subsided slightly. Try it and see!!

@@elizaeri1295I do, but I’ve come to understand they really aren’t required. I believe it’s a matter of preference. Headphones will help you to get lost in the sound however so that probably helps.

Serious question: Could a person theoretically listen to drug frequencies instead of doing recreational drugs and receive the effects (or at least similar effects). Or theoretically, could that be used as a tool for quitting a substance in the early days of abstaining. If so, this sounds like a very beneficial thing. Would love to hear thoughts on this.
