This is for sure not just a electronic dancemusic track. It is a masterpiece. Still a best version I have heard so far... Thanks to you "Piano guys" who made this.
Porte De Bagnolet, one of the access at the east limit form downtown Paris to suburbs, was one of the main meeting point for ravers in Paris to go to secret raves, back in the days In France.
Tough one. The Three 'N One mix is an absolute monster remix. The damage that does to a dance floor, even today is insane. That's the mix for me that stays in most people's heads, and the one most DJs will choose.
This came out very quickly after the original release, i'd imagine they were probably all rercorded in the same studio at the same time. Me and my mates/ anyone who frequented the clubs in 93 considered this to be the 'original'
Incredible, never heard this mix before! Hard to believe this is from 1993 considering that style of uplifting synths didn't really take off until a few years later. This should be getting a lot more air play
THE version of Cafe Del Mar. First heard at The Orbit back when and on Sven's epic Mixmag tape. This how trance should be,pounding, uplifting and almost techno in feel. Ralf Hildenbeutel bringing it as always.
This is crazy, 20 years ago at a party, distracted the DJ and asked for the track name...then used the number pad on my candybar Nokia phone to type it out so I could remember after the party lol!
Well what's funny is they hadn't really a clue about what they were making back then. Trance itself wasn't a genre, there was nothing quite like this up to that point, so it was built on love and experimentation in silence, which is the foundation of creativity! So instead of it being ahead of its time, it was the time! Different breed of producers back in the 90s to work off a blank page like that.
