Tried this method for the first time,cleanse myself,the whole house,cupboards and all...walk through with my bible and ask God to remove all negative energy.worth it👌🏽

That’s a lie. I was under physic attack for about an year and i used sage the entire year to cleanse my house but i learned from my spirit guides that sage does not remove negativity out of your house, FRANKINCENSE & MYRRH does the job 100%
The thought of people having to hide that they smudge is something I've never even thought of. It's really heartbreaking to think there are people who have to hide something so beautiful.
My family is religious and believe its witchcraft, they think I'm going against gods word and cheating by trying to bypass gods work so I smudge when I'm not expecting guests for a day or so

I just moved into an apartment. The building was built in 1930s and has a long history . Burning sage made has made it feel as if I’ve brought my own energy and has made it feel more comfortable for me !

Loved this video ✨ sage and palo santo is my go-to. I’ve actually read that sage is scientifically proven to kill bacteria and purify air too 😊 so good all around.
SORAYA SHARP If u have a loose leaf, you can use it once, maybe twice, or sprinkled onto a charcoal (no, not bbq charcoal). Most often you’ll find sage (Palo Santo, etc.) in a smudge stick, light it, let it catch until lit well, then wave it (or blow it) to let the flames die down & then when you wave it (either with the bundle) or if you may have a smudge fan) & let the smoke 💨 billow. I usually wave it in a counterclockwise circle around my head, my body and under my feet (to clear my path)- then again clockwise to bless. Or you can wave it in any different way comfortable to you. After awhile you will develop your own ways to do things in a natural way that will help your energies to flow. For a house cleansing you would open your doors, begin at your front door, circling counterclockwise (to the left, to the left...(lol) around and through each room, finally finishing back in the room & door you’ve began at. It’s nice to seal it with a protection at the door. (Just simply, energetically, with a motion that comes naturally to you. For some it’s a cross, a pentagram, the 4 directions/elements, or even just holding your hands out, like stop ✋. Again, you’ll find the way for yourself. And it will change throughout the years of practice.) I hope this assists you or anyone else. Enjoy . 🐉
Dd Gg Sage is meant more for negative energy. Things like psychic attacks or possession are of course going to require heavier solutions . As far as everyday cleansing sage works great

I literally just started my first space smudging and within seconds of lightning my smoke alarm went off...of all the articles and videos I’ve read no body ever told me to check the alarms! How exciting when all my housemates come running to my aid when I was just trying to smudge in peace. It was my first time and I already was nervous then add this onto it…hahaha what a first time experience
so helpful! I initially thought sage was just for getting rid of negative vibes, not knowing its for both positive and negative. I've never heard of palo santo, but sounds like more of what I need and wanted.
My 9 year old can't stand whenever I smudge and gets so bothered by the sage even when it's in the house not lit! Either he's extra sensitive or that means even more that I need to smudge our space because he's so opposed to it. Even after I try to explain how it's actually a good thing and clears the negative energy etc etc. 😭 😂 I'm still smudging, we have lived here in the same house for 20 freaking years, we definitely need it! I've smudged for awhile from intuition, do it once, sometimes twice a month. I do it in the mornings and when I came me home, the whole place feels so clean and balanced. Seen this video and figured I'd see how others do it. While I smudge, I invite light, love, balance and clarity. I didn't know to only do it once a year. I do it when ever the knowing comes to do it. I never put it out either, I let it smolder out. Thank you for the new information to me.
I was always told to open the windows to let the negativity leave the home. I too sage when the need comes to me and let it smolder out. Then I know it's complete. Sometimes it's 20 minutes and sometimes 1 hour. But the hour is rare. Thanks for sharing

Ive been going through some of the same and then i remembered i used to light incense with a different attitude, which means most likely my spirits were different. So for a couple days i lit incense thinking , saying, feeling “peace” or “energy” or i would say and think “lord i need to get my life together!” lol. Whatever i needed at the moment. Then it came to me that i also ued to clean up with different intentions, feelings, which means my spirits were different. Now when i clean up i say (once again) let me get my life together. It helped a bit and i think its about being mindful of where my spirits are, how do i feel. Cleaning with the intent of clearing negative energy i think would help.

I either buy palo santo and it's not a really thick smoke it's actually really light or I'll get a bundle of dried flowers for smudging and clearing all that negative out, for my cards though, everything else I use sage, and palo santo, yes palo santo takes out just the negative out and when i burn it i actually feel a stronger positive energy. So glad you did this because so many don't understand what energies need to be cleared or saved, and recharged. This was great.
omg omg this is sooo true that neg energy off of other people will stick to you and zap your energy down specially for me I'm really sensitive to things like that just recently I tried to help my sister who is having a ruff patch, when I laid hands on her in the area that she was feeling pain, my neck cracked and I 'm like ouch was extremely painful, then after that I did not do a cleanse and I was feeling extremely worn down and needing to be alone for the next few days. thank you for this video is perfect timing. :)
So excited for this video because I am in the process of moving into a new apartment, and I want to create a very sacred and clean space as I move in. I recently used Florida Water to cleanse the window sills and doorways. It is nice to have some alternatives to sage because it can definitely smell like marijuana is being burned when I have saged my space in the past. I don't think my new roomie wants the whole apartment to smell like pot hahahah

They burn Frankincense & Myrrh Catholic (& many Christian) Churches, (another awesome, highly spiritual blend)- and various insences in Temples, etc. Native Cultures worldwide have their own favorites. The Lord has given us these herbs, resins & flowers, along with your life force energy (chi, manna)- don’t need to throw the baby out with the bath water. Blessings

I loved this video. I make my own sage bundles as well, we have a lot of it in the garden. But I never thought of using a spray instead, I really like that idea and will have to try it for sure!

I'm very glad u explained the sage and palo Santo sticks. I currently have one dark and one light spirit in my home and their energies have been dormant for the last 6 months or so but now they're making themselves known. We have been saging but I dont want to get rid of the light/positive energy because I believe he is protecting us from the female dark one. My daughter heard a growling dog one night and all our dogs and family members were in bed so the dark energy isnt something I want at it's full potential. Thank u, love u.
Looking to smug today and after watching some Utube clip for advice , As I'm watching I'm thinking of folding all blankets and clothes ,vacuuming the floors and decluddering shelfs and tops of counters in my whole living space basically tiding up in every space that we use . If you worried about the Sage smell lingering, you can mist the air with a water bottle with 8 drops of essential oils in it immediately after. Sometimes I’m in the mood for the Sage scent, sometimes I’m not. I always make my own Holy water this way, charged up with positive energy, prayer and such. I LITERALLY see buying air freshener Soooooo senseless, as I discovered this natural air freshener method is simple but incredibly uplifting

His mother watches our kids, i have to smudge more often. I hate her in my space. My home feels claustrophobic. I look at energy like a fart.. you know when someone farts in an isle and you walk into it? That's how I feel about energy. I need to get my kids in daycare and her out of my house. I find myself smudging with sage after my bf and I have big blow outs in our home. Especially if they are about his mother.

Guys I’m sure you’re already aware but just a reminder to not purchase and use white sage unless from indigenous sellers. Personally I opt to use desert sage, mugwort and cedar. Sending so much love and positivity to all 💚
I saw some comments about white sage, & while it’s an important and Great point to make, there was a lot of misconstrued information out there on this topic, So I just wanted to add to what has been said, one piece of misinformation being that you shouldn’t use sage at all if you aren’t indigenous or that white sage is a closed practice. Smudging is a closed practice, white sage is a plant, one at risk for endangerment if over harvesting continues. the true issue being that large corporations began to over harvest and even steal crop from indigenous farmers who relied on the crop for money to feed their families. So it’s still okay to use white sage, so long as you purchase or trade from/with Indigenous farmers/sellers/sources. And that you are being respectful to nature in the process, never stealing the plant. There are still many other strains of sages that are available and just as effective for cleansings, like listed in the previous comment, as well as many great alternatives in general. To name a few; pine, which can be burned, Or You can use juniper or pine branches to wave over an area , kind of like a big wand, and ward off negative energy. You can make holy water mist, you can use bells and cleanse with sound. And there are MANY more. Just always be respectful when using white sage and you can still incorporate this beautiful fragrant plant into your craft

Noble Truth I Sage a few mornings a week while chanting OM DUM DURGAYEI NAMAHA! The vibrations of mantras definitely cleanse the atmosphere too. Pretty simple ritual. Durga is one of the fiercest Goddess to chase away All Evil and remove Hexes. They say Demons and Ghost are Terrified of her. And Kali Too of course, but she is more erratic like a raging storm to destroy evil and will even try to destroy the Ego energy in you that attracted the Evil energy!
